When Forgiveness is Hard Workshop

An exploration into letting go of anger and resentment so you stop wasting time and energy and make peace with the past.

When: 16 September 26, 9am Pacific / 11am Central / 12pm Eastern (replay available)

What You'll Learn:

The pre-amble to forgiveness

Rationally, we can want to forgive all day long.

But if we're stuck in the resentment loop, it's likely there's another part of us that isn't ready.

I'll teach you the first thing I do for myself whenever I'm having trouble forgiving that makes the entire process easier.

Understanding anger and resentment in a new light

Anger and resentment are important emotions. Even though sitting in them long-term isn't exactly healthy, avoiding them isn't a great strategy either.

We'll go over how these emotions serve us, so we can better work through them in a way that's sustainable and feels good.

The Release & Rise process

In my experience, forgiveness is a process that works best when it incorporates the mind + body.

I'll share my method for welcoming, processing and releasing anger and resentment.

You'll be able to take what you learn and use it for yourself.

If you're wondering...

Is this going to be worth my time?

Yes.

Hard stop.

I personally can't stand workshops that are all fluff and no substance. No one's got time for that.

In this workshop, I'll do a bit of teaching, I'll share actionable processes and give you a workbook with the steps in it so you can use it again later, AND we'll do exercises together.

At the end, I'll invite you to join my forgiveness journey program.

BUT CHECK THIS OUT - the workshop gives you everything you need to do the process on your own.

The invitation is if you want to do it with the benefit of the collective (and getting guidance from yours truly, of course).

Hi There -

I'm Jewell Harrington

I help women expand into the version of their life they stopped believing they're allowed to have.

I'm a certified clinical EFT / tapping practitioner, inner child reparenting practitioner, and retired Army Colonel.

In my work, I use a combination of scientifically based methods, holistic practices, and tools I learned over my 28 year military career.

I'm doing this workshop because I think forgiveness is such an important topic, and I want to share the insights that I've learned in my own personal work because they could be helpful for you too.

"You have such wonderful energy - I just want to be around it every week"

"I would hire you because you have such wonderful energy - I just want to be around it every week. You have what we call the 'It Factor.'

You are so radiant and vibrant, I know you’re going to help other people experience that in themselves."
